Focus Areas Slide

Description

This genius focus area slide does one thing better than the rest: it give you a sidebar where you can also include what's NOT a priority or to be left out of the current focus.

Too often, managers and team leads discuss the current focus, but don't explicitly mention what you'll need to do less of, in order to focus on the new priorities. This layout fixes that issue for extra clarity and alignment.

The slide has three columns for three main focus areas.  And each area has bars underneath where you can write it the projects, goals, or initiatives that will be part of that focus area.

Additionally, you have the sidebar where you can cover what is no longer part of your strategic focus.

You can easily copy and paste the bars to include as many as you need in both the focus and 'not in focus' areas.
