Fair Use Policy

As a small business, we have policies and practices to keep things fair for the hard work and talent of our designers and creators.

If you're a site subscriber who has access to our free downloads, our fair use policy requires that you only download items when you have the intention to use them.

To that end, we ask subscribers to follow these guidelines:

  1. Mass downloading: Templates should not be downloaded in bulk for use after canceling your subscription.
  2. Sharing or redistribution: Templates may not be shared, sold, or distributed—whether as-is or in modified forms.
  3. Account sharing: Your subscription is for individual use and should not be shared with others.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Linia Presentations for any subscriber whose download behavior suggests inappropriate use.

You may have a legitimate need to download a high volume of items quickly. If that's the case, reach out to us to let us know, and we'll make sure not to restrict any access after determining you're not engaging in inappropriate download behavior.

 

Intellectual Property

Our website and subscription service contain intellectual property owned by LINIA LAB LLC, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. LINIA LAB LLC’s copyrighted and original materials are provided to you as part of the Service for your individual use only and a single-user license. All intellectual property, including LINIA LAB LLC’s copyrighted materials shall remain the sole property of LINIA LAB LLC. No license to sell or distribute our materials is granted or implied.

All the templates can be used for both personal and commercial purposes, for yourself or on behalf of a client, on their own, or as part of new work.

But templates cannot be sub-licensed, resold, shared, transferred, uploaded somewhere where others can access them, or otherwise redistributed on their own.

 

Duration of Subscription Agreement

If you purchase a site subscription, we will provide you access to the purchased Service. You agree and understand that access to the Service may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that we use to provide the Service (web hosting, membership site plugins, etc.). You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be initiated against LINIA LAB LLC when there are reasonable delays in the access of the Service.

LINIA LAB LLC reserves the right to terminate the Service, and or access to certain features of the Service, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.

 

Lifetime Access

Is for the lifetime of the Website Service. If for any reason, LINIA LAB LLC should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the Service terminates.

We reserve the right to update the content, offer customer service, and add new templates. However, LINIA LAB LLC and Linia Presentations are NOT obligated to add new templates.

Content may change over time as templates are modified, added, or removed. As such, it is the User responsibility to download and keep files on their computers or personal clouds that they have purchased or previously downloaded. LINIA LAB LLC reserves the right to remove User access to the templates.

 

Refusal of Service

The website template services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
